We have made significant advancements from those early days of using rudimentary technology to configure ATMs – to where we are today, deploying and testing mission-critical payment systems in the cloud.
We've tackled industry mandates like Y2K, data security, and chip cards, as well as many legal and regulatory changes. These challenges each seemed daunting at first, but our team has met and solved them all with enthusiasm and expertise.
With our evolving technology in mind, we have still always believed that a company is only as good as its people. The many years of fond memories we share are not just about Paragon’s success as a business, they are about the people and relationships that we have built.

Expanding internationally certainly presented some interesting challenges for a small company from Holly Springs, North Carolina, with each new market presenting new and unique business requirements and learning opportunities.
Visits to Turkey, Colombia, Saudi Arabia and Singapore meant our team had to navigate language barriers and cultural differences to ensure that we met customer expectations. While challenging at times, these diverse experiences helped to improve our understanding of global markets and strengthened our ability to deliver robust and flexible solutions.
It is clear to us that Paragon’s success and growth are based on more than just having a good product in an expanding market. It is our dedicated team, their passion for excellence and their belief in building lasting partnerships by delivering on our commitments that have made all the difference.
