  • Through offline interactions with us, such as phone calls, in-person meetings, events, and conferences; and
  • From third-party sources, including business partners, data providers, and publicly available information.

As used in this Notice, “you” and “your” refer to individuals who interact with us through any of the channels described above, including visitors to our Site, users of our Social Media, and individuals who communicate with us or attend our events.

In the event of a conflict between this Notice and a separately signed agreement, the terms of the signed agreement will control.

What is “Personal Information”?

As used in this Notice, “Personal Information” has the meaning given to it under applicable data privacy laws. Generally, Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can be reasonably linked to you, either directly or when combined with other information. Depending on your location and applicable law, Personal Information may also be referred to as “personal data,” “personally identifiable information,” or another similar term.

The scope of what constitutes Personal Information varies across different privacy laws and jurisdictions. For example, certain categories of information—such as IP addresses, device identifiers, cookies, online identifiers, or general location data—may be considered Personal Information under some laws (such as the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”)) but not under others.

Personal Information does not include information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified such that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you, information that is publicly available in government records, or information that is otherwise excluded from the scope of applicable privacy laws.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

A cookie is a small piece of data (text file) that a website–when visited by a user–asks your browser to store on your device in order to remember information about you, such as your language preference or login information. Those cookies are set by us and called first-party cookies. We also use third-party cookies–which are cookies from a domain different than the domain of the website you are visiting–for our advertising and marketing efforts.

  1. Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not then work. These cookies do not store any Personal Information.
  2. Performance Cookies. These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our Site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our Site, and will not be able to monitor its performance.
  • Targeting Cookies. These cookies may be set through our Site by our advertising partners. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on other sites. They are based on uniquely identifying your browser and internet device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less targeted advertising. Under certain privacy laws, including the CCPA (applicable to California residents), these disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information, even when no money is exchanged. For information about how to opt out of these disclosures, please see the “Your Privacy Rights” section below.

The specific cookies used on our Site, including their names, domains, and purposes, are listed in the Cookie List on this page, which is updated automatically when we scan our Site. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link on our Site.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your Personal Information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries, demo requests, and requests for information about our products and services;
  • Send you marketing communications, newsletters, and blog updates you have subscribed to or that are otherwise permitted by law, and measure engagement with those communications to improve our campaigns;
  • Register you for and administer our events and webinars, and follow up with you afterward;
  • Maintain records of our business relationships and interactions, including in our customer relationship management systems;
  • Understand the geographic locations, industries, companies, and interests of our visitors in order to tailor our Site and our marketing;
  • Deliver targeted advertising to you on other websites and platforms through our advertising partners, as described in the "Sale and Sharing of Your Personal Information" section below;
  • Analyze Site usage, debug technical issues, and improve our Site;
  • Protect the security of our Site and systems, and prevent fraud and misuse; and
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and support business transfers.

Sale and Sharing of Your Personal Information

  • Targeted Advertising. We may make certain categories of Personal Information available to third parties for targeted advertising purposes. Specifically, we allow third-party advertising partners (such as Google, LinkedIn, and HubSpot) to receive certain information through cookies and tracking technologies, including identifiers (such as cookie identifiers, IP addresses, and device identifiers) and internet or network activity information (such as browsing behavior). These third parties may use this information to deliver targeted advertisements to you on other websites and platforms. We may also share contact information, such as your email address, with advertising partners like LinkedIn to create custom audiences for our advertising campaigns and to measure their results. For information about how to opt out of these disclosures, please see the “Your Privacy Rights” section below.
  • Business Transfers. If a third party buys all, or substantially all, of our assets, or if we are acquired by a third party, then that third party will also receive all the Personal Information in our possession.

Your Controls and Choices

We believe you should have control over how your Personal Information is used. Below are the choices available to you:

You can update your cookie preferences at any time by accessing the cookie settings available on our Site. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If you enable GPC in your browser, we will treat this as a request to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information through cookies on that browser. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org. Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent.
