While remote and hybrid work is still hugely popular, the end of the COVID-19 emergency has caused a shift back towards office work again in recent months. In fact, the 2023 State of IT report from SWZD found that 85 percent of organizations have asked employees to return to physical offices (44.4 percent all workers and 40.1 percent some workers).
