Paragon Presents ATM Voice Guidance and EMV Solutions at the ATM, Debit and Prepaid Forum

Voice Guidance

With the March 2012 deadline for ADA compliance approaching, organizations must ensure that their ATMs provide Voice Guidance for the visually impaired. Paragon is offering solutions to evaluate ATMs, and build and test ATM load files with the required audio support. Paragon offers a full-featured ATM configuration design and testing solution, ATMulator Plus . To assist institutions with their ATM Voice Guidance implementation, Paragon has produced two white papers: Voice Guidance that Lets your Diebold ATMs Do the Talking; and Voice Guidance that Lets Your NCR ATMs Do the Talking. EMV

In addition to Voice Guidance solutions, Paragon offers solutions for EMV implementation. To increase electronic payments security, most developed countries have migrated from traditional magnetic stripe credit and debit cards to EMV chip-based cards. Chip-based cards provide an added level of security and fraud prevention by storing cardholder information on an embedded computerl chip instead of the magnetic stripe. Visa and MasterCard recently announced that acquirer processors in the US should support EMV by April 2013.

Paragon has helped customers around the globe with their EMV implementations. We start with training to help customer understand what EMV is and all of the acronyms association with it (ARQC, ARPC, CDOL, IAD and more). Then we work to develop the right plan for EMV implementation including providing the right set of test tools to validate EMV migration.
